Response to Inspection No. 50-309/81-31
Dear Sir:
Reference (b) stipulated completion dated for Inspection 81-31 open items of May 15, 1982 for " Finding A" and May 30, 1982 for "Other Concern 2."
Durirq subsequent I&E Inspection 82-06, Reference (c), the inspector noted that these dates would not be met. We have discussed this with our resident inspector who requested that we revise our commitment dates.
The Surveillance Program, " Finding A," will be implemented June 30, 1982.
The Design Verification Review, "Other Concern 2," will be complete by JJ1y 30,1982.
