Areas Inspected:
Special, announced, inspection. This-inspection was conducted by a regional based NRC inspector of the licensee's' physical security program relative to the contingency security force organization and related records and reports. The inspection involved 10 inspector-hours onsite.
l The inspection was initiated as a result of a threatened strike by the can'.cact guard force. The contract security service contract was terminated and repla:ed-with an interim contract security service as the contingency security organ'zation on site.
