Telephone Conversation Regarding Special Inspection Paul Flemming, This acknowledges the telephone conversation we had this morning regarding the recent Cooper special inspection (Report 50-298/2002-08). During this call you stated that NPPD requests a regulatory conference, if we conclude a greater than very low safety significant (Green) finding through our significance determination proces I stated that we will inform you of our determination, and work with you on establishing this conference, if necessary.
