Jape of this office on February 2 - March 10, 1981, of activities authorized by NRC C. rating License Ncs. DPR-38, DPR-47, and DPR-55 for the Oconee facilit Our preliminary findings were discussed with J. Ed Smith at the conclusion of the Inspectio A-eas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector During this inspection it was found that certain activities under your license appear to violate NRC requirement These items and references to pertinent requirements are listed in the Notice of Violation enclosed herewith as Appendix A. With regard to item C, a reply is not requested for this item since this item was previously identified in our letter of January 20, 1981 as Appendix B, item B.
