NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-261/96-10

Dear Mr. Hinnant:

Thank you for your response of October 13, 1996, to our Notice of violation issued on September 16, 1996, concerning activities conducted at your H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective action during future inspections.
