NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-250/87-47 AND 50"251/87-47 Thank you for your response of January 15, 1988, to our Notice of Violation issued on December 16, 1987, concerning activities conducted at your Turkey Point facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of
CFR 2.201.
In your response to both violations you indicated that consideration for licensee self-identification should be given.
Our position on this matter is unchanged.
Our position was discussed in the exit meeting and documented in paragraphs 5 of the referenced report; We will examine the implementa'tion of your corrective actions during future inspections.
