Scope:
This routine, unannounced inspection involved a review of the following areas:
Security Plans and Procedures; Barriers - Protected and Vital Areas; Compensatory Measures; Detection Aids -
Protected and Vital Areas; Access Control of Personnel, Packages, and Vehicles; and Contingency Plan Implementation.
Results:
Two violations of regulatory requirements were identified:
Failure to control personnel and equipment access into Containment.
Inadequate vehicle search.
