Crack indications were identified in six (6) additional hold down beams and were replaced with new beam The metallurigcal examination results are contained in G.E. report NEDC-24256 Class III, "Evaluation of Jet Pump Hold Down Beam Failure at Dresden Unit 3." Revisions to DOS-202, "Jet Pump Operation and Degradation,", were made in accordance with the recommendations of section 7.3 of the G.E.
