In accordance with Section 2.790 of the AEC's " Rules of Practice,"

Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Fagulations, this latter and the enclosed inspection report have been discussed with menhers of your ataff who agree they contain no information considered to be of proprietary nature. They will therefore be fontarded directly to the MP.C's Public Document Room.
