Introduction
a.
No significant organizational or operational changes have taken place at Oyster Creek since the last inspection in March 1972. Refueling was conducted in June 1972 and April 1973. Core 3 is currently in operation.
3.
Scope a.
The inspection was limited to a review of SNM depletion and production calculations used and reported by tha licensee since-initial operation in 1969. At the request
- of RO:llQ, data was obtained for use in evaluating depletion /
production methods through the use of'a proposed procedure published by Battelle Pacific Northwest Laboratory, entitled
- "A test of Calculational Methods for Inspection in the Months November 1973 - June 1974".,

Tha Oyster Creek Station has the following fuel cycle history:

4/73 - Present One-quarter core refueling-Uranium and plutonium isotopic inventory data for Cycle 1A and for 148 assemblies currently in the spent fuel pool was obtsined at the sito. Data for Cycles 1B and 2 is borated at the General Public Utilities Office in Morristown, N.J.
This dats will be obtained and forwarded to RO:I by the Oyster Creek Technical Supervisor.
