South Texas Project Unit 1 Docket No. STN 50498 Revision I to Licensee Event Report 97-013 Failure to Meet the Technical Specification Leak Rate Re_quirements For a Supplemen_tary Containment Purge Supply Isolation Valve Pursuant to 10CFR50.73, the STP Nuclear Operating Company submits the attached revision to Unit 1 Licensee Event Report 97-013 regarding a failure to meet the Technical Specification leak rate requirements for a Supplementary Containment Purge Supply Isolation Valve. This event did not have an adverse effect on the health and safety of the public.

This revision reports the results of a review of past Local Irak Rate Testing and Integrated Leakage Rate Tests using rotameter flow nrasuring devices with calibration correction factors applied.

Actions completed since submittal of revision 0 to this licensee event report are indicated in this revised report. Changes are indicated by revision bars.
