This submittal is provided on a replacement-page basis, and is accompanied by an effective page list that identifies the current pages of the FSAR following page replacement. The original and 10 copies are being submitted to the Commission's Document Control Desk, and copies are also being supplied to the NRC Region 11 office and the NRC Resident Inspector.
