Ladies and Gentlemen, On September 2, 2015 The NRC informed Duke Energy of an audit to be performed related to its submittal of reevaluated seismic hazards (Reference 1). During the audit the NRC reviewed supplemental information which clarified a particular aspect of Oconee's ESEP methodology.

The NRC's audit report (Reference 2) requested that Oconee submit the clarification on the docket. That supplemental information is provided as an attachment to this letter.
