--General Comment After the disaster at Fukushima, Japan (a plant that was the same Mark 1 Boiling Water Reactor as Vermont Yankee), the U.S. government advised U.S. citizens in Japan within 50 miles to evacuate.

We should not recommend different rules for our own domestic concerns.
