MODES1,2,3and4.(MODES5and6forsnubberslocatedonsystemsrequiredOPERABLEinthoseMODES)~ACTION:Withoneormoresnubbersinoperable, within72hoursreplaceorrestoretheinoperable snubber(s) toOPERABLEstatusordeclarethesupported systeminoperable andfollowtheappropriate ACTIONstatement forthatsystem.SURVEILLANCE REUIREMENTS 4.710Eachsnubbershallbedemonstrated OPERABLEbyperformance ofthefollowing augmented inservice inspection program.a.VisualInsectionsThefirstinservice visualinspection ofsnubbersshallbeperformed afterfourmonthsbutwithin10monthsofcommencing POWEROPERATION andshallincludeallsnubberslistedinTables3.7-4aand3.7-4b~Iflessthentwo(2)snubbersarefoundinoperable duringthefirstinservice visualinspection, thesecondinservice visualinspection shallbeperformed 12months+25%fromthedateofthefirstinspection.

Tables3.7-2aand3.7-2bmaybeusedjointlyorseparately asthebasisforthesamplingplan.Inadditiontotheregularsample,snubberswhichfailedthepreviousfunctional test.shallberetestedduringthenexttestperiod.Ifasparesnubberhasbeeninstalled inplaceofafailedsnubber,thenboththefailedsnubber(ifitisrepairedandinstalled inanotherposition) andthesparesnubbershallberetested.
