2.5 DOCUMENTATION The results of suitability determinations, including educational and past employment verification and physical and mental qualifications, are documented and retained for the length of employment plus three (3) years. The actual documents completed during the examination, demonstration or evaluation, are not required to be retained.

3.4 DUTY QUALIFICATION STANDARDS A score of 70% or higher is required for passing written and oral examinations. Crucial Tasks require 100% on performance based Conditions and Standards evaluations.

3.5 INDIVIDUAL QUALIFICATION RECORDS 1

CHAPTER S - AUDITS 5.1 ANNUAL AUDIT Independent audits are performed to assure the proper implementation of this plan.

I The ][h))] Quality Assurance DejiEG66E is responsible for conducting an audit no less frequently than once every twelve (12) months.

The audit focuses on agreement between the physical security effectiveness being achieved by personnel, hardware, and procedures, to the level established by this plan. The audit is scheduled and performed in accordance with audit procedures established in the Florida Power and Light Quality Assurance Manual. I 1

Written audit reports are distributed to management responsible for the areas audited within thirty (30) days after completion of the audit. The results of the audit are reported to the 3P^*"MW""

2.3.4 Profoccional Evaluntion Identification by supervisory personnel of any condition indicating disabling physical infirmity or emotional instability by a member of the security force is subject to verification by responsible management personnel and by a professionally trained and licensed individual. If a verifying examination is performed which reveals no condition which would interfere with the performance of assigned duties, the individual shall be permitted to continue assigned duties.

2.4 PHYSICAL FITNESS QUALIFICATIONS Subject to a prior physical examination conducted by a licensed physician and written certification that there are no medical reasons to preclude participation by the individual, armed personnel shall take a job related physical fitness test before being assigned armed duties.

2.4.1 Initial Qualification on initial qualification, all members of the security force shall demonstrate performance of items 1 through 5 below within a one (1) hour time limit.

1. Climb up and down 75 feet of stairway within three (3) minutes.
2. Run 22y yards in iiliispfy(9'0))5656iijs.
3. Drag 150 pounds 10 yards.
4. Carry 40 pounds 30 yards.
5. Combat crawl 10 yards.

2.4.2 Annual Physical At least every twelve (12) months all uniformed members of the security force identified in Appendix A must pass a physical examination to assure compliance with the provisions of section 2.2 of this document.

2.4.3 Physical Fitness Requalification At least every twelve (12) months all uniformed members of the security force shall demonstrate job related physical fitness as follows:

2.5 DOCUMENTATION The results of suitability determinations, including educa-tional and past employment verification and physical and mental qualifications, are documented and retained for the length of employment plus three (3) years. The actual documents completed during the examination, demonstration or evaluation, are not required to be retained.

certification those tasks assigned to subordinates whom they supervise. They are required to perform for certification only those tasks specifically enumerated in Appendix A of this document.

3.4 DUTY QUALIFICATION STANDARDS A score of 70% or higher is required for passing written and oral examinations. Crucial Tasks require 100% on performance based Conditions and Standards evaluations.

3.5 INDIVIDUAL QUALIFICATION RECORDS The individual qualification record card for each security force member is available for the period of employment plus three (3) years.

Each record card contains an acknowledgement by signature or initials of the examinee and the Instructor. This signifies a successfully performed task. Ah FPL Security ;5tifDisinMEs will audit all training record cards quarterly, and acknowledge correctness by signing and dating in appropriate space.

CHAPTER 5 - AUDITS j 5.1 ANNUAL AUDIT Independent audits are performed to assure the proper

-implementation of this plan The-Quality Assurance Department is responsible for conducting an audit no less frequently than once every twelve (12) months. The audit focuses on agreement between the physical security effectiveness being achieved by personnel, hardware, and procedures, to the level established by this plan. The audit is scheduled and performed in accordance with audit' procedures established in the Florida Power and Light Quality Assurance Manual.

Written audit reports are distributed to management responsible for the areas. audited within thirty (30) days after completion of the audit. The results of the audit are reported to the President.

4 CHAPTER 5 - AUDITS 5.1 ANNUAL AUDIT Independent audits are performed to assure the proper implementation of this plan.

The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for conducting ,

an audit no less frequently than once every twelve (12) months. The '

audit focuses on agreement between the physical security effectiveness l being achieved by personnel, hardware, and procedures, to the level )

l established by this plan. The audit is scheduled and performed in '

accordance with audit procedures established in the Florida Power and Light Quality Assurance Manual. I I

Written audit reports are distributed to management responsible l for the areas audited within thirty (30) days after completion of the audit. The results of the audit are reported to the President, Nuclear Division, j[ "ml ~ ^l^; the Plant Vice President, and the MdipeMSecurity. Corrective action required as a result of the audit is subject to the applicable procedures of the Quality Assurance Manual.
