6.l.l A retraining and replacement training program for the unit staff shall be aaintained under the direction of the Training Nanager and shall sect or exceed the requirements and recoaeendations of Section 5.5 of ANSI/ANS-3.1 1978 and 10 CFR Part 55 and the supplemental requireaents specified in Sections A and C of Enclosure 1 of the Narch 28, 1980 NRC letter to all licensees, and shall include faailiarfzation ~ith relevant industry operational experience.

6.5.1.1 The Facility Revim Group shall function to advise the Plant General Nanager on all matters related to nuclear safety.

6.5.1.2 The FRG shall have voting members composed of individuals froa each of the follecing disciplines:

INSERT - A 6.3.1 Each member of the facilitystaff shall meet or exceed the minimum qualifications of ANSI/ANS-3.1-1978 for comparable positions, except for:

(1) the Health Physics Supervisor who shall meet or exceed the qualifications of Regulatory Guide 1.8, September 1975, (2) the Shift Technical Advisor who shall have a bachelor degree or equivalent in a scientific or engineering discipline with specific training in plant design and plant operating characteristics, including transients and accidents, and (3) the Multi-Discipline'Supervisors who shall meet or exceed the following requirements:

Educa'.ion: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of four years of related technical experience, which shall include three years power plant experience of which one year is at a nuclear power plant.

Training: Complete the Multi-Discipline Supervisor training program.

however, no more than two alternates shall participate as voting members in FRG activities at any one time.
