i In accordance with 10 CFR 50.30, Florida Power 8 Light Company submits herewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating License DPR-67.
This proposal is submitted in response to your letter of November 20, 1980.
The proposed Amendment is described below and shown on the accompanying pages bearing the date of this letter in the lower right hand corner.
Pages 3/4 7-29, 3/4 7-30 8 3/4 7-31 Additional surveillance requirements have been added as requi red by the Standard Technical Specifications.
Tables 3.7-2a and 3.7-2b A new Table is added to list mechanical snubbers.
Pa es B 3/4.7-5 and B 3/4 7-6 Bases are rewritten to support the addition of the new requirements.
~Pa e 6-20 Item m is added to paragraph 6.10 to require records of the service lives of all hydraulic and mechanical snubbers as required by the Standard Technical Specifications.
