4.0Procedure4.1ThetechnicianreceivestheWR'sandOccurrenceReportsfromtheNPRDSCoordinator.4.2Workrequestsshallbescreenedtoidentifyreportablefailures.4.2.1WR'sshallfirstbesortedbysystem.Ifthecomponentisnotpartofoneofthesystemslistedonattachment81itisnotreportable.4.2.2TheremainingWR'sshallbereviewedinaccordancewithguidelinesgivenintheReportingProceduresManual.Alistingofcomponentsinthecurrentdatabaseisavailableforreference.Itshouldbenotedthatacomponentmaybereportableuponfailureandnotlistedinthebase.Allquestionsregardingafailure'sreportabilityshallbedirectedtotheNPRDScoordinator.4.3AllWR'swhicharenotreportablefailuresarestampedNOTAPPLICABLEandinitialledasreviewed.4~4ThetechnicianthenfillsoutafailurereportforeachapplicablefailureandmarkstheboxontheWRlabeledNPRDwiththeappropriateNPRDSsystemcodeandhisinitials.HeshallalsoattachaphotocopyoftheWRtothefailurereport.ThetechnicianshouldconsultwiththeNPRDSCoordinatorforanyquestionableconcerns.4.5ThecompletedWR'sshallbereturnedtotheplanningclerkinthesamenumericalorderinwhichtheywerereceived.4.6ThetechnicianshallsubmitthecompletedfailurereportstotheNPRDScoordinatorforreviewandapproval.4.7AfterapprovalthereportsareenteredintotheINPOdatabasebythedocumentcontrolclerk.4.8ToverifycompletereportingthetechnicianwillreviewtheOccurrenceReportsandMonthlyOperatingReports.4.9AsachecktheNPRDScoordinatorwillreviewLER'sandtheMonthlyOperatingReports.TDP"6-2December1985
