CAUSE DESCRIPTION AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS h l Lubricant from A0-5033B air operator infiltrated the air solenoid valve causing l i o lili ll the resilient components to swell and cause a partial blockage of the solenoid I

i 2 l valve exhaust port. The resilient parts of the solenoid valve were replaced.

CAUSE

Lubricant from A0-50338 air operator infiltrated the air solenoid valve causing the resilient components to swell creating a partial blockage of the exhaust port. These resilient parts were replaced, the valve timed satisfactorily and the system made operable. The test frequency has been temporarily changed to once per week to ensure that the lubricant is no longer affecting the operation of the solenoid valve. The test frequency will be returned to normal when this assurance has been made.
