Dear Ms. Gavrilas:

This letter transmits changes in Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporations (WCNOC) updated list of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel (OODEP) for WCNOC in respect of the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions FOCI determination and Facility Security Clearance determination for WCNOC and Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS).

By this letter, WCNOC is transmitting notic e of recent changes in OODEP for WCNOC in accordance with 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1), namely, the placement of Steve Foss who was appointed as a Director to replace Susan Cunningham.

The enclosed OODEP information contains personal confidential information. Therefore, WCNOC requests that the NRC treat the enclosure as exempt from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6) as Personal and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
