By memorandum dated November 19, 1984, the Office of Investigations Field Office Region III requested technical assistance in support of an ongoing investigation (3-84-019) at Femi. Enclosed for your information/ action is a copy of Inspection Report No. 50-341/84-59. Paragraph 6 of the report specifically concerns the issue.
