The enclosed Office of Investigations' Report of Investigation is forwarded for the review of your staff.
The report must be reviewed for a determination of potential enforcement action and the identification of any unresolved technical issues.
The cover page and page one can be reproduced for use as the enclosure to the letter to the licensee (paragraphs 6 and 7. Regional Procedure 1215, Processing Office of Investigations Reports).
No other portions of the Report of Investigation can be reproduced without the specific approval of the Director, Office of Investigations.
Please return the Report of Investigation, along with a copy of any correspondence generated as a result of that report, to the Region 111 Enforcement and Investigation Coordination Staff upon the completion of the review of the Report of Investigation.
