. the subpoenaes for the deposition of David Feinberg, former Compliance Officer with the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division, and for the production of the Department of Labor case-file relating to the complaint that Richard D. Parks filed with the Wage and Hour Division on March 23, 1983. The Presiding Officer directs the NRC Staff to envoke and exercise its rights under the Memorandum of Understanding between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Department of Labor and implementing agreements to obtain and make available for
