ORDER

.(Granting Staff's and Joint Intervenors' Requests for Time Extensions)

In a letter dated June 16, 1988, the Staff informally requested that its time for response to Licensee's motion for summary disposition of May 9 be extended from the due date of June 20 to June 22. The Staff requested this extension of time in order that said response can be consolidated with a response to Licensee's motions for summary disposition of May 16 which is due to be filed on June 22. The Staff advised that neither the Licensee nor the Joint Intervenors object.

The Staff stated that the Joint Intervenors also request an extension of time to June 22 within which to file a response to Licensee's motion for summary dispo:,ition of May 9.
