Since the ordinary time provided to answer motions could extend GPUN's artwer, let alone any ruling, beyond June 25, I discussed the motion with counsel for the parties in a telephone conference on June 17. Counsel for the Staff and GPUN have identified a framework for resolving this discovery dispute.
