On September 18, 1987, the Staff filed a motion requesting an extension of time to September 25, 1987 within which to respond to petitions for a hearing and to intervene filed by Three. Mile Island Alert, Inc. and by Susquehanna Valley Alliance and to respond to a petition by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to participate 6s an interested State.
This is the first request for an extension of time requested by the Staff, and only a short extension is requested. Accordingly, the instant motion is granted.
