APPLICANTS' STATEMENT OF ERROR IN ITS BRIEF Upon review of the May 30th filing of the Mass. AG the applicants had occasion to review certain statements-in the applicants' brief at page 4 (including note 9) wherein applicants state that the contention as to which the Mass. AG filed proposed findings of fact and examined witnesses in the 1983 r

In so stating, the applicants inadvertently ignored 4

Thus, the statements to the contrary in our brief are in error and in fact the issue as to which the AG .
participated is under the jurisdiction of the same Board that rejected the contention at Bar.
