Unit 1) June 21, 1988 BOARD MEMORANDUM AND ORDER The opposing parties in this proceeding (LILC0 and Intervenors) have both submitted motions dated June 20, 1988 for leave to file motions for summary disposition of the Emergency Broadcast System issues. Inasmuch as the Board on February 29 prohibited the filing of additional sumary disposition motions and the filing of such motions in the present posture of the case may produce a resolution of the matter, the Board herein rescinds its February 29 Order and grants the parties' requests.
