OTJER Oral argument on the joint appeal of Suffolk County, the State of New York and the Town of Southampton from the Licensing Board's May 9, 1988, partial initial decision on suitability of reception centers (LBP-88-13) will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 1988, at 2:00 p.m.
in the NRC Public Hearing Room, Fifth Floor, East-West Towers Building, 4350 East-West Highway, Bethesda, Maryland.
Each side shall have forty minutes for the presentation of argument.
The appellant may reserve a portion of its time for rebuttal.
The appellees shall agree between themselves on the division of their time.
Each party shall provide the Secretary to this Board, by letter mailed no later than September 2, 1988, the name of the individual who will present argument on its behalf.
