November 9, 1988 ORDER Counsel for Intervenors has requested that the Conference of Counsel scheduled for '.0 AM on Thanksgiving evo, November 23, be advanced one day for the convenience of counsel who must travel on the afternoon of the 23rd.

Counsel advises that all other counsel are amenable to this chango. Accordingly, the Conference of Counsel is rescheduled to 10 AM Tuesday, November 22. The location of the conference is unchanged.
