MEMORANDUM AND ORDER No party objecting, the Board grants the Governments' motion of May 10, 1988 to defer a filing date for motions to strike testimony on the  ;

realism contentions. The filing date is extended from May 13 to one week after the Board's ruling on the realism issues and responses to such motions are due one week after such motions are filed. In order to assure meeting our hearing schedule requirements, all motions and responses are to be delive ed in hand by the end of the filing period.

The Board also changes herein its ruling of May 10, 1988 concerning responses to LILCO's supplement of May 2,1988. The Board extends the date of that filing to the close of business on May 13, 1988.
