2. I live with my husbhad and foster daughter, aged 13. We own t our home and our own business which employs five full time

, people who all live within 50 miles of Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant. ,

3. I am a member of San Luis Obispo Mothera for Peace.

4. I am concerned that the operation of the Diablo Canyon >

Nuclear Power Plant during a period of construction permit recapture may be unsafe, thuo jeopardizing the health and i safety otl myself and my family. Therefore, I have authorized -
