My name is Elaine Holder.
I live at 931 Wast Street, San Luis Obispo, California.
I live within 15 miles of the Dieblo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
I own my home and other property in San Luis Obispo and Grover City.
2.
I am a member of San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace.
3.
I am a senior citizen and I do not own an automobile.
4.
I am concerned that the operation of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant during a period of construction permit recapture may be unsafe, thus jeopardi=ina my health and the value of my property.
Furthermore, I am concerned that in the event of a major accident at the plant, I do not have the means to evacuate.
Therefore, I have authorized the San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace to represent me in this proceeding regarding the proposed construction permit recapture for the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
