My name is Jil) ZamEk, I live at 1123 Flora Road, Arroyo Grande, California.
My home lies within 20 miles of Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.

I live with my husband and two children, ages 6 and 8.
We own our home.

I am a member of San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace.
4.
I am concerned that the operation of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant during a period of construction permit recapture may be unsafe, thus jeopcrdizing the health and safety of myself and my family.
Therefore, I have authorized the San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace to represent me in this proceeding regardinr the proposed construction permit recapture for the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
