Revision Neo 3 cf page 6-2 of the reactor security plan is attached.

I This revision identifies a new category of visitors at the Lynchburg i Research Center. These " Frequent Visitors" are individuals who visit the Center on a daily basis. They are given training that is equivalent to that given to new employees. Frequent visitors are granted unescorted access to the facilities at the Center but are not provided keys or knowledge of the combinations to any door locks. This unescorted access does not apply to the reactor security areas.

This revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the security plan arid is therefor being submitted pursuant to 10CFR 50.54 (p).
