Karlowicz of the Office of the Assistant Director for Quality Assurance and Operations. Mr. Karlowicz was reviewing the subject for financial qualifications. This is the last such form submitted to the Securities and Exchange Com-mission due to its merger into the J. R.14cDermott Co. , Inc.
