This is to notify you that all fuel possessed under the referenced license has been shipped from the facility.
The preparation and shipment of all of the full length fuel rods was con-ducted pursuant to the license. The preparation, including the cutting of fuci rods, -of damaged or partical rods was performed in accordance with the

The full length rods were shipped to the DOE facility at Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Partical and damaged rod sections and residues from the cutting operation were sent to Nation Lead Co. Cincinati,.0hio.
I therdfor requested that the Lynchburg Research Center be granted authorization
