SUBJECT: liRC INSPECTION REPORT N0. 50-13/87-01
This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Corraission (NRC) inspection conductec by
Dr. B. K. Revsin on September 17-21, 1987. The inspection included a review of
octivities authorized for your B&W LRC facility. At the conclusion of the
inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff
identified in the enclosed inspection report.
Areas examined curing the inspection ore identified in the report. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of in-office review of a NRC
contractor's report of their confirmatory survey of the CX-10 reactor
facility.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and its enclosure
will be pitced in the NRC Public Document Room.
