The Massachusetts Institute of Technology hereby reports, as an item of informa-tion, that it has successfully performed a complete changeout of the D2 0 in its heavy water reflector. This work was donc during a planned maintenance outage that was held in -

December 1991 - January 1992. All work was conducted in accordance with written procedures that were approved by the MIT Reactor Safeguards Committee.
