Major Plant Activities in 2002 P January 2002- Licensee determined that the Component Cooling Water (CCW) pumps are susceptible to deadheading concerns early in an accident scenario.

P May 2002- Licensee identified that one CCW heat exchanger (HX) had significant tube leakage.

- Both HX's tubes were sleaved.

- Planned replacement of both HX's during upcoming outage (April 2003).

P November 2002- Operations Training Accreditation.

- Licensee is placed on probation and undertakes efforts to upgrade operations training program.
