Calculations for License Termination Plan (LTP) Development As per our discussions during the April 15, 2003 NRC meeting to discuss dose modeling, this letter provides copies of two calculations in support of our LTP development for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (YNPS). A hardcopy of each calculation is enclosed as well as an electronic copy of the appendices via CD. The specific calculations provided are as follows:

(1) YA-CALC-00-001-03, "RESRAD 6.21 Sensitivity Analysis for Soil - Resident Farmer Scenario," and (2) YA-CALC-00-002-03, "Derived Concentration Guideline Levels for Soil at YNPS Site."
