Biennial Update of the YAEC Quality Assurance Program for the Yankee Rowe ISFSI Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71(e)(4), 10 CFR 71.106, 10 CFR 50.4, and 10 CFR 71.1, Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC) provides the following update regarding the YAEC Quality Assurance Program (QAP) for the Yankee Rowe Independent Spent Fuel Store Installation (ISFSI). There have been no revisions to the YAEC QAP for the Yankee Rowe ISFSI, since Revision 39 was submitted to the NRC in the previous biennial update on October 2, 2019. Revision 39 of the YAEC QAP for the Yankee Rowe ISFSI remains the revision of record.
