During normal operation, a "24 volt D-G trouble" alarm was' received fn#w the control room. Investigation revealed the output of r.egative 241 volt 'DJC charger 1D62 was 21 VDC. 1D62 charges 24 VDC battery D6 and supplies powr? '

to 24 VDC bus 1060. Technical Specification 3.8.A requires' the 24 VDC batteries and associated battery chargers be operable in order _for the reactor to be made critical. Technical Specification 3.8.8 requires that or run modes.
