• 1971 - Under Part 50, NRC receives construction permit (CP) application

• 1985 - TVA suspends construction

• 1990 to 95 - TVA addresses construction quality issues for Unit 1 and defers work on Unit 2

• February 7, 1996 - NRC issues OL for Unit 1 4

Restart of Unit 2 Review

• 2007 - TVA informs NRC of its intent to restart construction activities and complete construction in 2012

• 2007 -2008 - NRC established Unit 2 resident inspector office (IMC2517 ADAMS ML13136A301)

• 2008 - NRC established the licensing review process (LIC-110 ADAMS ML092160833)

• 2009 - Notice in Federal Register to provide opportunity for hearing

• 2012 - TVA informs NRC of delays to construction of Unit 2

- Operating License/Fuel load between January and June 2015
