Dear Mr. Ahearne:

\4 m I am writing to request that the Environmental and Site Suitability Hearings be reopened to fully explore a meltdown at the proposed Black Fox Nuclear, Plant near Inola, Ok.

I am 16 years ' eld and live very close to Inola. I

- know that if a neltdown should occur, my family, friends, and myself would not survive.

I ask you to please help stop Black Foz until there is a way to get rid of nuclear waste and a way to make nuclear plants safe. Right now neither of these problems has been solved.

Sincerely, Lisa Tibbetts 1235 N. Hugh Tahlequah, Ok. 74464 l
