Dear Mr. Denton:

Re: In the matter of Black Fox Station Units 1 and 2; Docket Nos. STN50-556 and STN50-557 In his capacity as Black Fox Station Project Manager, Dr. John B. West pro-vided information to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (as Exhibit 4 to Motion for Termination of Proceeding and Withdrawal of Application, dated January 23,1983) concerning planned dates for commercial operation of Inola Station Units 1 and 2. The coal-fired Inola Station units are to be built on the site of the cancelled Black Box Station.

This is to advise that Mr. Durwood Chalker, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Central and South West Corporation, has approved a recommended change in those dates, as determined by the latest load forecast. The approved dates for commercial operation now in the Central and South West Corporation Joint Facilities Plan are:
