BEFORE THE UNITED STATES ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION AMENDMENT NO. 45 TO APPLICATION BY FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION FOR A SECTION 104b CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND LICENSE FOR A UTILIZATION FACILITY DOCKET NO. 50-302 Florida Power Corporation, a cor oration organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida Applicant for an operating license and construction permit for Crystal liver Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant, hereby amends its Application by the filing of Amendment No. 45.
Amendment No. 45 consists of updated pages to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) which reflect revisions to Section 2.6 Site Environmental Radiological Monitoring Program and Section 13. Initial Tests and Operation which were outlined in our letters to Mr. A. Giambusso on March 3, 1975 and April 8, 1975, respectively. In addition, Amendment No. 45 contains revisions to other FSAR sections which reflect plant modifications and miscellaneous updated pages.
l This amendment to the Application contains no restricted data or other defense information.
