BEFORE THE UNITED STATES ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION AMENDMENT NO. 42 TO APPLICATION BY FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION FOR A SECTION 104b CONSTRUCIT0N PERMIT AND LICENSE FOR A UTILIZATION FACILITY DOCKET N0. 50-S02 Florida Power Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, Applicant for an operating license and construction permit for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant, hereby amends its Application by the filing of Amendment No. 42.
1 Amendment No. 42 consists of revised pages to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) which contain the additionr21 information requested in Mr. A. Schwencer's letter of May 6,1974 and reflect the modifications that were identified in our letters of June 4,1974 and August 7,1974 to Mr. Voss A. Moore, Assistant Director for Light Water Reactors, Group 2 and to Mr. A. Schwencer, Chief, Light Water Reactors Branch 2-3, respec-tively.
In addition, Amendment No. 42 contains revisions to the FSAR to incorporate new organizational changes and miscellaneous update pages.
This amendment to the Application contains no restricted data or other defense information.
