BEFORE THE UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AMENDMENT N0. 48 TO APPLICATION BY FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION FOR A SECTION 104b CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND LICENSE FOR A UTILIZATION FACILITY DOCKET N0. 50-302 Florida Power Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, Applicant for an operating license and construction permit for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant, hereby amends its application by the filing of Amendment No.
48.
Amendment No. 48 consists of updated pages to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) which reflect the current design of Crystal River Unit No. 3.

Enclosed are three (3) originals and nineteen (19) conformed copies of Amendment No. 48 to the Application of Licenses for Crystal River Unit No. 3 Nuclear Generating Plant. Also enclosed are an additional eighty-one (81) copies for a total of one hundred three (103) copies, as previously furnished for your distribution.
Amendment No. 48 consists of revised pages to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).
Specifically, Amendment No. 48 contains revisions required to formally docket in the Crystal River No. 3 FSAR those changes previously sent to the Commission in letters dated November 7, 1975, November 26, 1975, December 3, 1975, and February 3, 1975.
In addition, Amendment No. 48 contains numerous update pages which reflect the current design of Crystal River No. 3.
